I truly did find academic learning tedious and oppressive, it is much more interesting to teach myself and learn from individuals.
Aside from my week at the University, I don't know anything about a modern school. Or children, really.
I read to whichever children come, at some of the Kyst bookstores, I suppose I see a little, but they are on their best behavior when looking to me for entertainment.
my homeschooling kinda sucked a whole lot so i would've preferred learning either of those ways to it taught myself street smarts at least
i'd say you aren't missing much in both cases children are okay i guess?? usually for the most part although i have to admit i'd like to learn more magic from the university even just a little
that's good to hear! SOME kids can just be real snots so keep an eye out would it be weird if i came and listened to you read? not all the time just i dunno every now and then?
You have someone entirely new to teach you about magic, the benefits of becoming a bonded warlock.
You can come, you just have to babysit Griffon. I usually need at least one assistant to curtail his mouth. The children like his commentary, but the parents are not a fan of his colorful vocabulary.
not gonna lie i'm pretty fucking stoked about it also worried but that shall pass i'm sure if i ask too much of my patron she'll tell me and then i know my limits
babysitting griffon will be far easier than watching actual kids! i'll bring snacks so that should keep his mouth busy not spewing profanities
no subject
